Temporary Accounts Payable Clerk

We are currently looking for a Temporary Accounts Payable Clerk to join our Accounts Payable Team at Triumph. As the Accounts Payable Clerk you will be responsible for registering Purchase Invoices onto our Accounts system. You will also be matching invoices both electronically and manually to Goods Receipt Notes and Purchase Orders whilst ensuring accurate coding of invoices to the correct cost accounts. There is also the requirement to reconcile suppliers statements and conduct the payment run process. There is also a level of document scanning and general administrative duties within this role.

You must have experience within a similar role and an awareness of how a busy accounts office should function. You must also have a basic knowledge of accounts procedures.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are essential for this role as liaison with internal staff and external suppliers is a key part of this role.

This role is a 6-12 month fixed term contract.
