A great opportunity for the role of Ecommerce Marketing Manager has arisen within the Clothing department of Triumph Motorcycles, the UK’s largest motorcycle manufacturer and a global leading heritage brand.

You’ll be joining a new team within the Clothing department tasked with delivering a new lifestyle brand that encapsulates the Triumph heritage and positions it as a unique player within the automotive and fashion industries. The role is integral to the execution and evolution of an innovative digital strategy. You’ll be reporting directly to the ecommerce manager, working closely with them to deliver both proven and innovative methods to enhance the brand reach and deliver on budget forecasts

As the Ecommerce Marketing Manager, you will have ownership of the acquisition and retention channels for Clothing and be tasked with co-ordinating a content schedule with global managers across the central marketing team, CRM, Aftersales and the wider global business. You will be responsible for building a 360 view of the Clothing consumer using data-centric approaches, expanding data points and accurately deploying targeting tactics to elevate and diversify the brands reach, satisfaction, conversion and CLV. You’ll be a passionate advocate for the brand and customer, confidently communicating insights and performances to senior stakeholders. 

We’re looking for someone who is results-driven and proactive with a proven track record and a flair for innovation. A deep understanding of the digital landscape and a head for both customer and data-centric methods is required. The ability to adapt to change and handle evolving business needs is essential and confidence in launching and developing brands is desired.  

This role will require the development and set up of operational processes, as well as the use of software/platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, ScreamingFrog, Marketo and a CRM in order to promote seasonal content.
