National Aftersales Manager

The National Aftersales Manager will lead the UK Aftersales team and report directly to the UK General Manager. For this role you will work in the market subsidiary and its dealer network. You will be the market Aftersales lead and dealer network go to person, with responsibility to deliver Triumph’s Aftersales functions across products, services and customer programmes throughout the UK.

It will be your responsibility to ensure that we continuously develop growth within a profitable dealer network, exceed operational KPIs, maximise sales revenues and continue our record progression in exceptional customer experiences. You will strive to ensure that Triumph’s UK dealer network is truly world class in the delivery of aftersales, and delivers a sustainable aftersales advantage for our dealer network and Triumph Motorcycles Ltd.

You will be accountable for the development and delivery of commercially viable, bespoke and effective campaigns associated to aftersales to drive customer retention, genuine product buying loyalty, sales revenues and margins in line with set objectives. This will support retail motorcycle sales via the aftersales function via a profitable dealer network.

You will need to have previous experience working within a Motorcycle / Automotive Manufacturer / Dealer or Importer environment and have been working at a Senior or Deputy level with proven experience. You’ll have a passion for Motorcycles and have previous experience in visual merchandising and go-to market strategies. Your knowledge in aftersales, service management, dealer networks, sales and sell out strategies will ensure you are well equipped to deliver in this role.
