Temporary Purchasing Administrator

As a Purchasing Administrator at Triumph your role will be to provide general administrative support and services to the busy Purchasing team in order to ensure effective and efficient operations. In addition, to provide more specific support to the Genuine Parts and Accessory buyers. You will prepare, complete and issue monthly and weekly reports to agreed timetables, prepare RFQ requisitions for approval/signoff as per procedures as well as raising and issuing purchase orders for to external suppliers. You will collate and upload supplier contractual information and ensure that systems are kept up to date with real time information via the Buyers and work with the Prototype Team, closing off deliveries of Prototype parts using a number of systems and procedures.

To succeed in this role you will need to be self-motivated and resilient with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. You’ll be flexible and adaptable and able to take instruction whilst working under pressure. You will have excellent communication skills along with clear and concise written and verbal skills. You must be able to prioritise your workload and demonstrate good time management and have the ability to process a high volume of work with a high degree of accuracy. Previous purchasing experience in a similar role would be an advantage.

This role is a 6 month fixed term contract.
