This role is pivotal in leading the execution of business change plans and activities as part of Triumph’s Business Connected Programme, providing support to the Programme Manager and Triumph to ensure the business and end users are ready for change and this is adopted by the business and sustained.

Reporting to the Business Connected Programme Manager and working as a key member of the Business Connected Team, you will be responsible for leading the business change activities, keeping schedules and project plans on track and up to date, progress reports on change activities, change management governance including reporting to the change management steering group and Infor’s quality assurance team.

You will be a pragmatic, forward thinking and results driven individual who has previous experience of  delivering and supporting Business Change using a variety of tools and techniques. You will be confident in delivering change management activities across different manufacturing and office departments as well as using project management methodologies and carrying out/ facilitating change management activities within the project lifecycle.

You will be a  strong facilitator with the ability to engage individuals and groups in workshops and meetings with an open minded approach and the ability to take on board new and different approaches to processes, which may not have changed for some time. Tenacious with the ability to drive tasks forward to ensure the most effective result for Triumph will see you excel within this role.

This role is a 12 month fixed term contract.
