Join our dynamic Design Department as a CAD Designer and play a key role in shaping the next generation of our iconic motorcycles. Working within dedicated project teams, you’ll contribute to every aspect of new model development—gaining hands‑on experience with a wide range of manufacturing processes and components across the entire bike.

Duties and Responsibilities will include: 

  • Produce high‑quality CAD models and engineering drawings using PTC Creo.
  • Incorporate input from Engineers, Stylists, and wider team members into CAD work.
  • Work flexibly across multiple Design teams as required.
  • Apply a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and constraints.
  • Integrate styling intent into CAD models.
  • Continually develop CAD skills and promote best practice within the Design Office.

Skills & Experience required:

  • A‑levels in Maths or Science, or an Engineering qualification (BTEC Level 3 or above)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Previous CAD experience is advantageous
  • Experience with PTC Creo is advantageous.
  • Ability to demonstrate aptitude for CAD and Engineering

Hours of Work: Standard Design flexible working hours- 39 hours per week. Core hours 9am-4pm Mon Thurs, 9am-12pm Fri.
