A Warranty Coordinator is required, working within the Central Warranty Team to provide technical and warranty support for the Triumph global subsidiary and distributor network to ensure accurate and timely resolution of customer warranty concerns. A limited amount direct customer support will also be included. The Warranty Coordinator is required to hold a full motorcycle driving licence. The role will also involve occasional overseas travel.

A key function of the role involves investigating and defining emerging warranty concerns for escalation to the relevant internal Quality & Design teams and providing feedback, reporting and returned parts to enable swift resolution of technical and warranty concerns. 

The role also involves the operation and maintenance of the Triumph warranty claims systems, based on AS400 and the Triumph Online portal. You will also work closely with the Triumph Technical Publications team to ensure accuracy of technical documentation.

The coordinator will also be required to assist with the development and testing of the warranty systems.

Candidates are required to have the following;

  • Full motorcycle driving licence
  • Good knowledge of motorcycle mechanical, electronic fuel injection and electrical systems
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong user of Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Dynamics 365 and Outlook email, calendar and task setting
  • Ability to work with data, analyse and summarise
  • Self-motivated and resilient. Flexible and adaptable.
  • Able to take instruction and work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills, clear and concise written and verbal skills
  • Valid passport – occasional international travel required
