The Diagnostic Engineer is a key role in the Technical Publications team. Working as part of a small team, you will be responsible for all aspects of our class leading diagnostic software, including everything from routine calibration updates to the implementation and roll out of major software revisions.
You will work alongside our suppliers to deliver software to specification, on time and on budget and assist with the planning of diagnostic software release schedules with model teams and with the communication of software releases schedules to key stakeholders.
Being strongly detail conscious is required for this role as well as the ability to analyse and simplify complex problems and explain complex technical solutions to non-technical staff. COmputer literacy with Windows operating systems, including User Access Control (UAC), anti-virus software, installing hardware and software, Internet browser software is essential.
