We are going through an exciting period of growth and now seeking Industrial Placements to join our Procurement & Supply Chain team based at the Headquarters in Hinckley. At the forefront of our fast-paced manufacturing operations, the Procurement team manages Triumph’s global supply chain.

Industrial Placements own real-world project deliverables, contributing to the overall success of the business. You will be assigned to one of the following procurement functions; Purchase Projects, Direct Purchasing (Chassis, Electrical, Powertrain), or Aftermarket. You will be allocated your own portfolio of responsibility, providing the opportunity to experience working within the procurement function which will prove valuable for your university degree and future career.

A 12-month Industrial Placement position at Triumph is unique from other placement opportunities in the fact that you work hands-on within the business and will play a key role in our future and existing projects. You will be placed within the department and develop your existing skills by working in parallel and collaboratively with our experienced teams. 

Triumph is able to offer graduate employment opportunities for Industrial Placement students who perform strongly during their placement year, and Triumph has the opportunity to also offer final year sponsorship deals to students whom it aims to bring back into full time employment after graduation.

An Industrial Placement in Purchasing is ideally suited to relevant business, supply chain, science, or engineering degrees.

Please note that this role is only open to university students who need to undertake a year out in industry as part of their degree course for the academic year 2024-2025. We will be looking to onboard successful applicants in July 2024 for a 12 month period.
