This role will be key in delivering a complete service to UK dealers and customers, from general enquiries to processing all orders for bikes, parts and clothing from OSET HQ & storage warehouse. Dealing with and screening incoming telephone calls and email enquiries will be a key part of the role, and politeness and confidence on the phone is required.
