We currently have an exciting opportunity for a CRM Coordinator to join our Central Marketing function. This is a new role, reporting directly to Triumph’s Global Digital Manager, where the successful candidate will ensure the successful delivery of marketing automation at scale, based off insight from Triumph’s attribution model. Experience in using Marketo would be a significant advantage, as would a track record in deploying global email customer journeys. The candidate will also be operational in the deployment of a new MS Dynamics database. It is essential that the candidate can demonstrate their capabilities through results, and strong commercial success.

To succeed in the role you will be degree educated in a relevant marketing or business qualification. You will be able to demonstrate experience of managing multiple projects to hard deadlines and have experience in the use of Marketo or an alternative enterprise email marketing solution. Experience working with a CMS is desirable, however this isn’t essential.
