We have an exciting opportunity for a Claims Management Coordinator to join our Claims Management Department here at Triumph Motorcycles. This role is vital in supporting the department in multiple areas to ensure key criteria are met. Reporting to the Head of Claims Management this role includes monitoring and ensuring compliance with international environmental regulations and progressing Product Liability case files through to resolution and supporting the investigation of open Product Liability files in litigation. Undertaking safety agency reporting, safety recall monitoring and environmental reporting and providing general administration support for the Claims Management Department. There will be a requirement to create new personal injury claim files as per Triumph’s Claims Management procedures. Also to attend bike and site inspections where necessary.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, alongside clear and concise written and verbal skills. Demonstrable experience of flexibility and adaptability is essential alongside working successfully under pressure. Demonstrable organisational skills are also a requirement for this role. Educated to University degree level having achieved a level 2.1 or above in any subject is desirable but not essential.
