We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator to join our busy New Model Introduction Project Management Team. The New Model Introduction Project Management Team at Triumph is responsible for delivering new motorcycle projects in line with the Company’s introduction plan. Project progress is monitored and reported from the beginning of the Concept Phase right through until the motorcycle is thoroughly bedded into volume production and launched to the public.
You will join a team supporting the Project Managers, assisting with all aspects of the creation of detailed plans, liaising with each of the departments involved in the project, updating the plans and reporting on progress. As the project progresses you will request, receive and prepare detailed information on the performance against pre-defined stagetgate criteria. You will also control and monitor requests for change, maintain the overall Programme timing summary and manage the preparation of a number of press fleets. Additionally you will assist the Project Management Team to develop and maintain a system to track the development of new components manufactured internally.
