We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our busy and thriving Central Marketing Department. The CRM reports into to the Triumph Global Customer Experience Manager and is part of the Customer Experience team. The strategic objective of the team is to create a truly excellent customer experience that ensures Triumph is seen as a Global Premium Brand. The role responsibilities relate to our global Subsidiary and Distributor Network which operates across 52 countries.
The CRM is tasked with leading a small team whilst working collaboratively with key stakeholders across the business. Delivering and overseeing highly integrated customer communication campaigns at both central and subsidiary level, that are focused on increasing the revenue per customer, increasing multi-channel transactional visits, and the reduction of churn of valuable customers therefore increasing life time value.
Ideally you will be degree qualified in a subject with a commercial or numerical bias. You will be able to present complex information in reports and presentations and have up to date and relevant experience of BtoB / BtoC CRM process and systems i.e. Infor, Salesforce or MS Dynamics as well relevant and current experience of using marketing automation to deliver a multi-channel customer communication strategy using Marketo. You will be required to have a working knowledge of Data compliance (Global market knowledge a bonus) and be confident when working with multiple stakeholders on high-profile projects.
It would be highly advantageous if you have multi-national experience of automotive retail, familiar with Automotive Dealer processes and already have knowledge of motorcycling and the commercial motorcycle business.
