Triumph has an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join our UK team based in Hinckley, Leicestershire. The Marketing Manager reports into to the UK & Ireland General Manager and the role requires a mixture of office, event and retail network based responsibility, therefore travel is required alongside evening and weekend work.

You will be responsible for overseeing the marketing & PR activity for the Triumph motorcycle brand in the UK & Ireland covering traditional and digital channels. As the main link between the local subsidiary and head office functions you will be responsible for balancing the local market voice with that of the Global brand. You will lead a team of 3 to deliver all marketing & PR services for the UK & Ireland as well as leading the creation and management of content across all Triumph communication channels, including national web, social media and print advertising.

To succeed in this role you will need to demonstrate extensive experience in a Sales &/or Marketing environment as well as having prior knowledge of motorcycles and/or the motor industry and experience within both OEM and Retailer environments, preferably in a marketing role. You’ll have a passion for motorcycling in general and understand the demands of the automotive industry. Your natural ability to prepare and present to an audience will be key to this role, along with excellent written & verbal communication skills.

You will have good analytical skills and the ability to influence future strategic and operational success through interpretation of various metrics & KPIs as well as being highly organised and disciplined to see jobs through to a close.
