The Technical Publications Administrator assists the technical authoring teams to publish technical documentation by maintaining the authoring systems and online web portal. Technical documentation includes operation manuals, repair and maintenance manuals, assembly instructions, setup guides, technical bulletins and service bulletins. They liaising with suppliers of technical illustrations and translations to procure services, raise orders, and ensure delivery schedules are met.

To succeed in this role you will be highly organised with a keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritise your workload effectively. Previous experience of working within a documentation team or within a publishing environment would be an advantage along with previous experience of using databases, however full training will be provided. You’ll have strong communication skills and have the ability to work on your own initiative.
