To allow for the introduction of new and exciting automotive technology across our range of motorcycles, the Electrical department is expanding and is looking to bring in talented, passionate and driven engineers, to support our future model development.

We are currently seeking additional Senior Design Engineers to work within our Electronic Control Systems team. This role will involve systems design across a wide range of functions (including the capturing, elicitation and management of requirements)  and working closely with our worldwide base of suppliers to ensure the technological requirements for our next generation of motorcycles are met.

You’ll be proficient in Systems design – modelling (UML / SYSML), controls theory, requirements capture / management and test case generation as well as being proficient on Matlab, Simulink, Stateflow,  autocoding and debugging on target hardware. Ideally you will have previous experience with PREEvision and / or Altia or OpenGL.

Your knowledge of embedded C programming and structured design as well as your excellent troubleshooting skills will put you in good stead for this role. Having a specific interest in full vehicle control, electrification, safety critical systems, or cyber security or user interface design etc. will be n advantage. You will be comfortable leading a small group of Engineers and motivated to be a role model to the more junior Engineers within the department.
