Join our vibrant Ecommerce Team as our new Customer Service Advisor. You will be our first point of contact for our customers and tasked with providing a great experience. You will connect with a global audience and have the chance to really get to know our passionate customers.
Working within the Ecommerce Customer Service team, you will be crafting customer responses using the brand tone of voice and liaising with our warehouse and accounting teams in order to complete and authorise refunds.
As part of this role, you may also be required to assist with ad hoc tasks for Ecommerce such as content uploading, product content checks and promotional activities to enhance the digital experience for our customers. As this is a customer facing role, you will be acting as a brand advocate and will need to be positive and have a passion for people and problem-solving.
This is an ideal role for someone who has recently graduated with a business related degree, or someone looking to transfer their customer service skills into a professional office environment. This role will work closely with our French and German markets, and so proficiency in these languages is highly desirable.
