A great opportunity for the role of Function Lead – Electrical has arisen within the Design Department of Triumph Motorcycles, the UK’s largest motorcycle manufacturer and a global leading heritage brand. Reporting to the Director - Design (New Models), the successful candidate will be responsible for the management of Electrical Integration engineers and deployment of electrical systems onto multiple vehicle projects.

As Function Lead – Electrical you will maintain a detailed oversight of the application of electrical / electronic systems and components at vehicle level. This will be achieved through close technical coaching, guidance and supporting professional development of integration engineers as direct reports, whilst also shaping the processes and procedures to ensure robust delivery to project deadlines.

To succeed in this role, you will have an Electrical / Electronic Engineering Degree or equivalent and proven relevant experience of working within a dynamic automotive, manufacturing or industrial environment.
