A great opportunity for the role of Temporary Team Leader – Electrical Electronic Systems has arisen within the Design department of Triumph Motorcycles, the UK’s largest motorcycle manufacturer and a global leading heritage brand. Reporting to the Chief Engineer - Electrical Electronic Systems, the successful candidate will be responsible for the management of electrical electronic systems and development of components.

As a Temporary Team Leader you will be responsible for leading the Electrical Electronic Systems team for use in chassis, powertrain, RESS, electric drivelines, suspension systems, HMI’s etc. You will manage the day to day tasks of a team of engineers, complete development appraisals for the team and manage holiday and personnel related tasks. You will be required to disseminate specialist knowledge including current best practice and emerging technological advances into appropriate working groups and departments.

To succeed in this role you will have a BEng or MEng in Electrical / Electronic engineering and proven relevant experience. Ideally you will have experience of leading a team of engineers and previous experience of working within an automotive, manufacturing or industrial environment.
