We have an exciting opportunity to appoint a Market Research Executive within our Product Planning Team. The Product Planning Team is responsible for organising market research fieldworks, launching survey campaigns, data analysis and producing detailed reports outlining customer insights for strategic decisions. Triumph is a customer-centric organisation focused on ensuring the best riding experience for its customers. In order to achieve this objective, the Company gathers customer feedback from multiple sources and channels, generating insights that lead to develop future motorcycles.

As part of this role the Market Research Executive will organise, manage and facilitate global market research activities such as international focus groups, conduct research at motorcycle shows and dynamic product tests. You will be responsible for developing customer questionnaires for quantitative and qualitative research and evaluating methods to feed back into the process to improve data quality. You will also be responsible for creating and launching online surveys in multiple markets.

The successful candidate will be preferably educated to degree level in Marketing, Business, Economics or related field. You must be proficient in Microsoft Packages; demonstrable experience in Excel and Powerpoint is essential for this role. You must be able to work both independently and as part of a team and possess excellent communication skills alongside high attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be flexible on working hours, an element on overseas travel is expected of this role.
