Triumph has an exciting opportunity to recruit a Logistics Operations Controller who will be based within our Global Logistics team here at our head office in Hinckley. The Operations Controller will act as a key driver for Third Party Warehouse contracts across the globe and be responsible for ensuring performance and commercial KPI’s are met. The role will identify, support and implement projects to conclusion to agreed objectives and timescales. Whilst ensuring required processes and standards are defined, agreed and documented.

The successful applicant will have knowledge of operational best practice and an ability to ensure their use and application and be commercially aware with the ability to review data and scenarios in an analytical and logical manner.  Being able to positively influence third parties and keep those motivated, particularly through periods of change will be imperative for this role. The ability to multi-task and address immediate priorities and yet still manage deadlines with longer-term projects and strategic initiatives will be key, as is the drive to challenge in order to make operations the best they can be.

This role will include some travel both in the UK and internationally so you must be flexible and able to fulfil this requirement. Most of the travel is likely to be within the UK, however there could be some international travel, depending on the projects.
