A great opportunity for the role of Clothing Customer Service Advisor has arisen within the Clothing department of Triumph Motorcycles, the UK’s largest motorcycle manufacturer and a global leading heritage brand.

You’ll be joining a new team within the Clothing department tasked with championing a new lifestyle brand that encapsulates the Triumph heritage and positions it as a unique player within the automotive and fashion industries. The role is integral to the execution and evolution of an innovative commercial strategy and growth of the clothing brand. You’ll be reporting directly to the ecommerce manager, working closely with them to innovate best in class customer experiences that enhance the brand, customer satisfaction and retention.

As Customer Service Advisor, you’ll own the Clothing’s customer service for the Lifestyle Independents and ecommerce channels globally. You’ll work closely with the ecommerce team to forge strong relationships across the business, endorse best practices for enhancing customer experiences and grow brand satisfaction. You’ll manage the resolution of enquiries and complaints, safeguarding the customer’s needs and delivery of services across the business. Regular input into the formation and management of systems, processes and reports to senior stakeholders will be required. 

We’re looking for someone who is commercially astute, results-driven and has a balanced and developed empathy for both customer and brand. Experience forming and managing processes and systems to enhance customer satisfaction is key, along with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. The role requires knowledge in managing SLAs, excellent organisational and communication skills and a high level of service focus. A passion for problem-solving and the capacity to resolve complex issues with sensitivity at pace will be essential.  

This role is ideal for candidates with a background in either the automotive or fashion sectors who are seeking exposure to B2C ecommerce and B2B.
