Temporary Part Control Administrator (Maternity Cover)

Triumph’s Accessories department is currently seeking a Temporary Part Control Administrator to work on a full time basis to support the introduction and set up of new parts within the Triumph Motorcycles Accessories and Genuine Parts departments.

Reporting to the Accessories Project Manager the successful applicant will be responsible for administrative and coordinating tasks for part number set up & control, new model release - part set up, electronic parts catalogue requirements, product structure and accessories customer services.

To be successful you will be computer literate with good skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and possess strong written and verbal communication skills required to communicate with internal and external colleagues via face to face communication, phone and email. You will have had previous experience in data entry and be proficient in using computer business control systems. Your excellent organisaotnal skills and positive attitude will see you succeed in this role. Previous experience using AS400 would be an advantage as well as previous experience using Microsoft Access and your ability to manipulate data.

This role is a temporary role covering maternity leave.
