Retail Journey and Clothing Manager

A new position supporting the continued growth and planned activities of our in store Retail Journey and Clothing Commercial channels.  You will be reporting to the Head of Commercial Aftersales in a role that will entail working with a highly engaged commercial team supporting Global subsidiary and export markets.  

You will be the key responsibility of Triumph’s dealer network retail journey associated to Clothing, Accessories and related sales channels. Being the first point of contact and commercial lead for clothing commercial elements and in store retail optimisation attributed to Visual Merchandising.

Ensuring that Triumph’s dealer network leads truly World Class, and that you energetic delivery returns a sustainable competitive advantage for the business and its retail dealerships.

To succeed you will have demonstrable experience at Managerial level – Senior, Deputy or Supporting. You will also have experience in premium high street retail, visual merchandising agency or retail consultancy, or Motorcycle, automotive manufacturing, dealer or importer environment. You will demonstrate excellent communication skills, clear and concise written and verbal skills. You will also be enthusiastic and approachable. Have excellent organisational skills and proven ability to prioritize. The ideal candidate will also be a team player, able to take a ‘hands on’ approach and motivate people. They will also be driven, able to think outside of the box and real time fast problem solver.
