How do I apply for a job at Triumph?

To start your journey, you can apply for the current vacancies on the website that are suitable for you.



What is the Triumph Recruitment Process?

Triumph’s Recruitment Process varies depending on the role that you apply for and this will be communicated to you at shortlisting. Recruitment may involve interviews, assessment centres, ability and psychometric testing and trials.



Can you tell me the salary for a position before I apply?

Triumph offers a competitive remuneration package. Salary details will be discussed during the recruitment process.



I have applied for a position with Triumph previously; will my details automatically be submitted for any suitable vacancies that might arise in the future?

Application for roles with Triumph is by CV; your details will be stored on the recruitment online talent pool but to ensure your application is submitted, please apply directly for a current vacancy. Should you wish for Triumph not to retain your CV, please contact careers@triumph.co.uk.



Will I be notified if my application has been unsuccessful?

Yes, we will notify you within four weeks whether your application has been successful or unsuccessful. Communication is predominantly sent out via email.



What about work permits and eligibility to work in the UK?

All applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK.



Does Triumph have a Graduate Scheme?

Triumph does not currently operate a traditional Graduate Scheme; however, we are keen to receive applications for our current vacancies. Triumph operates an Industrial Placement Programme, which may lead to graduate recruitment in the future.



Can Agencies send speculative CVs?

Triumph does not accept speculative Agency CVs and will not be responsible for any fees that may relate to these. Please do not send or upload unsolicited CVs to any of our vacancies advertised on our website or send directly to any employee of Triumph.



How do Agencies get added to the Preferred Supplier List?

Triumph have Service Level Agreements in place with our Preferred Supplier List, which the Company will review every 12 months.



If I am successful for an interview, what documentation should I bring?

Triumph will contact you directly to give you the details of the information required.



Do you accept internships or work experience?

Unfortunately Triumph generally are unable to accommodate this, however, Triumph operates an Industrial Placement Programme for under graduates.
